Terms of service

Please, read it all before commissioning me first !

GENERAL

  • I (the artist) reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.

  • Please, provide clear references and full details.

  • I (the artist) own the right to use the art for exclusive sample and portfolio use (give example to clients, publish it, promote commissions, etc.)

PAYMENT

  • The commission will not start until the agree payment amount has been received.

  • The currency accepted is USD.

  • I DON'T accept any kind of crypto currency.

  • Payment will be made through PayPal or Ko-fi ONLY.

PROCESS

  • Work In Progress only once per stage.

  • Three changes only. Big-stage modifications as pose, perspective, etc...aren't accepted once the sketch is approved.

  • No extra change without an extra fee.

  • TAT: 1 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity.

USE

  • All commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

  • Commercial use carries an extra fee.

  • The commissioner are allowed to use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

  • The use of the commission for training generative AI is prohibited.

REFUNDS

  • Once the commission has started there's no possibility of refund. Please be sure of your purchase!!
